Aptitude and Psychological Testing per Specification
Findstaff.biz consultants conduct testing to your specification. We ascertain the relevant level required and the standard that a candidate must achieve to be considered for the position.

Findstaff.biz testing includes; screening and pre-screening, skills and knowledge, aptitude and personality.

Reference Checking
Findstaff.biz consultants understand the importance of reference checking. Prior to forwarding any candidate to you we do our utmost to gain a minimum of two work related reference checks.

Findstaff.biz has excellent IT systems that allow us to generate fast and efficient searches on our databases. We also tailor the databases exclusively for your businesses needs and requirements, so when you need to recruit we are ready.
