Our Client is the largest employer of Accounting and Financial Services professionals in Tasmania and they are continuing to grow. They now have exciting and diverse opportunities for three (3) career minded individuals to join their team in Hobart.
Position Responsibilities
The primary purpose of all three roles is to assist the Client Services Co-coordinators attached to various business units meet their client service and administrative requirements.
Each role will have a range of responsibilities, some of which include:
- Main point of contact for clients
- Coordinate data and records collection
- Initial preparation of electronic work papers
- Preparation of fee proposals
- Administrative duties such as typing, filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing etc
- Producing letters, reports and other documents as required
- Administrative support to Directors and the Business Manager as required
Position competencies:
- Display a reasonable knowledge and understanding of a professional office environment
- An interest in pursuing a career in administration and a genuine interest in business activities
- Able to display – excellent work ethic, dedication, initiative, personality, organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence and the ability to develop client relationships and build rapport with colleagues, business partners and clients
Personal Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required for these positions however studies in Business Administration or an ability and willingness to undertake them would be highly regarded.
Remuneration
Negotiable based on relevant skills and experience.
