Findstaff.biz and TT Line are currently seeking one Customer Service Officer and one Senior Customer Service Officer. These positions are challenging but rewarding, we are looking for people with proven experience in Hospitality/Tourism/Freight.

As a Customer Service Officer you will be required to:
- Support the high corporate reputation of The Spirit of Tasmania through both appearance and actions.
- Manage your own performance in accordance with your role.
- Posses and demonstrate exceptional skills in time management, organisation, presentation and attention to detail.
- Complete allocated work in a timely manor.

As a Senior Customer Service Officer you will be require to:
- Fulfill the job role of a Customer Service Officer whilst operating at a higher level of competence and contributing to supervision of other staff.

Key attributes for both positions include:
- Computer skills (Microsoft Excel knowledge essential)
- Being responsible, reliable and possessing an excellent work ethic.
- History of cash handling/eftpos.
- Managerial knowledge or previous work experience in a senior role (Senior Customer Service Officer only).
- Effective time management.
- Ability to deliver a high level of customer service.
